This centrally located hotel is perfect for families with kids. The luggage holding area is convenient for storing all our belongings while we explore the city. The spacious rooms and clean bathrooms provided a comfortable and relaxing stay. The friendly and efficient service from the staff made us feel welcome. The delicious breakfast buffet offered a variety of food choices. Plus, the hotel's garden was a delightful surprise, offering a peaceful retreat in the middle of the bustling city.

The limited options on the bar menu made it necessary for us to eat at nearby restaurants for dinner.

The hot items at breakfast could be improved, as the selection was limited and they were not kept very hot.

Our stay at Emperador was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's generous baggage storage policy was a real lifesaver for us. We were able to safely store our wine boxes while we traveled to different cities in Argentina. The staff was gracious and accommodating throughout our entire stay, making restaurant and taxi reservations for us with ease. The facilities were lovely, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful garden and elegant lobby area. I highly recommend this hotel for its luxury and convenience.
